SHIPPING POLICY
Our priority is to deliver your Surf 9 products to you as quickly as we can. To ensure prompt processing of your order and enable you to enjoy your gear sooner, we dedicate our efforts towards swift order fulfillment. For eligible orders within the contiguous United States, Surf 9 provides complimentary ground shipping. Please note that we do not ship to U.S. territories beyond the continental United States (which include American Samoa, Guam, Marshall Islands, Micronesia, North Mariana Islands, Palau, Puerto Rico, and the U.S. Virgin Islands) or Canada.
SHIPPING & RATES
We have taken every measure to expedite the processing and shipment of your orders. Please be aware that shipping services and rates are subject to change without prior notice. While you have the option of selecting FedEx Ground shipping, availability may be influenced by the specific product purchased or your local delivery options. It is important to note that we currently do not offer expedited shipping.
For orders shipping to Canada, Alaska, and Hawaii, there is a flat shipping rate of $10. Kindly take note that if your Surf9direct.com order weighs 250 lb or more, it may be converted to a palletized 'Less than Truckload' (LTL) delivery instead of a parcel delivery service. In such cases, the LTL carrier will reach out to you to schedule the delivery. During peak shipping seasons, the weight threshold for this conversion may vary based on constraints within the parcel network.
SHIPPING HOLIDAYS
Surf 9 and UPS will not be shipping or delivering on the following dates in 2024. Please note shipping estimates will begin the following business day.

CONTIGUOUS UNITED STATES
Surf 9 uses ground service on all shipments within the contiguous United States unless otherwise noted or an expedited option is selected by the customer. Please allow 1–7 business days for processing and an additional 1–4 business days for your order to arrive based on your location and products ordered. Look for a shipment tracking number via email when your order has been processed.
SHIPPING TO A PO BOX
Surf 9 ships ground within the contiguous U.S. We currently DO NOT offer an option to ship to a PO Box.
OUR RETURN POLICY
We want to be sure you’re as happy with your products as we are. If you’re unsatisfied with your purchase, we offer free returns for a refund within 30 days of your purchase, provided it is unused and still in its original packaging. For products purchased from an authorized dealer, their return policy applies — please contact them directly for more information.

INS AND OUTS OF THE SURF 9 RETURN POLICY
To be eligible for a free return, the following criteria must be met:
- All returns must be related to a Surf9.com order. Surf 9 does not offer returns on items purchased outside of Surf9direct.com.
- All returns must be processed through our customer service team within 30 days of the original purchase. Once approved, a pre-paid shipping label will be provided.
- Any shipping costs from the original order are non-refundable.
- Any additional return shipping costs are non-refundable.
- All merchandise must be unused and undamaged and returned in its original packaging.
- Please allow up to 10 business days for your refund to be processed. Times may increase during peak periods. Refunds will be returned to the original form(s) of payment used for the purchase. If you used multiple forms of payment, your refunds will go back to all payment methods used. Surf 9 does not offer store credit or gift cards in exchange for returned products unless a Surf 9-provided merchandise credit was applied to the original purchase.
For exchanges, please return your item(s) for a full refund and place a new order on Surf9direct.com for the correct item.
Surf 9 does not price match with dealers or competitors.
Any approved warranty exchanges must be requested separately through our customer service team (customerservice@surf9.com) and will be provided with a prepaid shipping label for the return of your eligible Surf 9 product.
SHIPPING YOUR RETURN
We recommend the following guidelines when shipping your return:
- Pack your item securely to ensure there is no damage to the returned product during transit.
- You may use the original product packaging or your own. Please make sure any reference to old tracking numbers is completely removed.
- Insert any related paperwork inside your box. This can include your original order number.
- Securely attach your return label to the package.
- Ship your return based on the shipping label provided. We recommend retaining a copy of your drop-off receipt for your records.
- If you choose to use your own shipper, please include the original order information inside the box. We recommend selecting a service that allows for package tracking and keeping the tracking number for your records. Any additional return shipping costs are non-refundable.
