Surf 9, LLC’s (“Surf 9”) Privacy Policy was restated on August 30, 2021 (the “Effective Date”), and your privacy rights have changed, including the manner in which we ONLY SHARE, and NEVER SELL, your information with OUR immediate Partners who are affiliated licensees(or): Marquee Brands (Body Glove), ABG (Nautica, Spyder, Airwalk and Eddie Bauer) or owned brands such as Denali Outdoors and Havasu Watersports, but this may be considered or does constitute the sale of your personal data in certain jurisdictions, so please review these terms carefully.

If you are a visitor to this site and do not have an account, you continued use of this site constitutes your acceptance of these terms. If you have an account or submitted information on this site that was created before the “Effective Date,” you are an “Existing Customer,” and your information will be handled pursuant to the policy that was in place prior to the Effective Date or as laws in the applicable jurisdiction may dictate in the absence of a specific policy, until you opt into the new policy. MARKETING AND ADVERTISING:

Targeted Advertising:We use your personal information to tailor our marketing and advertising efforts. To do this, we provide your information to third party advertising networks (such as Google Doubleclick) and social media companies (such as Facebook, Instagram, and other platforms). When we provide data to agencies, ad networks, and other parties for targeted advertising, we do not provide them with your name, financial information, or any sensitive information (such as a government ID or date of birth, if we have collected that). We use online identifiers such as email, cookie addresses, and device identifiers to help us provide targeted advertising to you and others like you. You understand that you do not have to sign up for any text program in order to make any purchases, and your consent is not a condition of purchase.
